I am looking to fill a software qualification engineer and need help!

I specifically am looking for someone with CAN and MOST experience and can’t find anyone. I have searched the boards and sent out emails but can’t find a candidate with both. Do any of you have any suggestions I can look? Looking for 2-5 yrs exp with product or software testing. If you can help or know anyone in NJ who fits this, THANKS!
