I am unable to reactivate my Microsoft Store account.

It is unable to reactivate my Microsoft Store account.
I’m running Windows 10, and a Microsoft Store app is giving me problems. I’ve tried multiple times and reinstalled the Microsoft program thus far. I entered wsreset into the run window by hitting the Windows key while also pressing the R key, and then I pushed Enter.

“Something happened at our end, please try again later” was the error message that was displayed.

These are my specs,

Intel Core i5

ASUS Strix GPU

1x8GB 1600MHz RAM

Storage: 1TB HDD and 120GB

The version of Windows: Windows 10 x64

That doesn’t sound like a problem with your computer, but rather the online account instead. I would reach out to Microsoft directly for assistance.

A lot is unclear in your post:
– what app is giving you problems
– what problems it gives
– what program you reinstalled and how you did that
– what a Microsoft Store account is
– how you activated it in the past
– why you think it has to do with the account not being activated
– why you think it’s related to your hardware
– what version of the 64 bit Windows 10 you have

Can you see anything relevant in https://accounts.microsoft.com ?

1- In the admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page.
2-On the Products tab, find the subscription that you want to reactivate. Select the three dots (more actions), then select Reactivate this subscription.
3-If you don’t see Reactivate this subscription, contact support.
4-In the Reactivate this subscription pane, select a payment method from the drop-down list, or select Add payment method.
Select Save.

That makes sense. But seeing “Something happened at our end, please try again later” I have to agree with birdmantd: try again later or contact Microsoft support.

Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.

You’ll be asked to receive and enter a security code. After you enter the code, your account will be reopened. Subscriptions, profiles, and content that were on the account prior to closing will be available to you, including rewards points, Xbox profile Gamertag, Gamerscore, and purchased content.
