That depends on where your old emails are stored now. If in the cloud, there might be no need for a migration, depending on what program you used to access them.If they are on your old PC, please tell what email program you used there and where the mails are stored.

Also please tell where Office 365 stores your new email.

A method that never fails, is to send them from your old email address to your new email address.
