When i log on to my Dell laptop i am unable to see a clear view of my desktop computer screen. The image is scattered. Like a puzzle dat is not fixed correctly. When i log on to my computer in safe mode. I am able to see everything so clearly. No lines everything is fine. Like a brand new working computer. I even went into control panal and change my image quality to low because i figured maybe it was too high. that did not fix the problem. can sum one please tell me what is wrong?
