I can see Image colors but not the true image.

By DOONIE125 ·
When i log on to my Dell laptop i am unable to see a clear view of my desktop computer screen. The image is scattered. Like a puzzle dat is not fixed correctly. When i log on to my computer in safe mode. I am able to see everything so clearly. No lines everything is fine. Like a brand new working computer. I even went into control panal and change my image quality to low because i figured maybe it was too high. that did not fix the problem. can sum one please tell me what is wrong?

Graphics driver is broken

by seanferd In reply to I can see Image colors bu ...

or maybe the graphics card/chipset itself. (Built-in chipset, graphics card, or both?)

Check the device manager (if you can read it) and see if there is any warning.

Try downloading and installing a new driver from the card maker or system vendor.

You may also want to scan for malware with several tools, in case something nasty is interfering with the graphics driver.
