will that mean that a laptop hit by a power surge due to a brown out is already completely out of commission? does it have a circuit breaker or protection that could be reset? when the laptop is plugged in and turn on, nothing in the keyboard or any of those pilot lights turns on. would that mean that everything is already’fried’? would really appreciate any comments on this matter.
