I have a problem with XP power managment

Some of the XP machines at my work turn themselfs on while they are off. All the machines are the same, Athalon 366mhz, 128mb Ram, 32mb Video Card, 20 GB Hard Drive…..We will turn them off and then about 5 minutes later the computers just turn on.Has Anyone else had this problem?
