“I” in place of “@” when replying in Outlook

    Locked

    by atltek ·

On a common sender’s address when the user hits the Reply button, the “@” is replaced by the letter “I”. For example: user@bellsouth.net has sent me a message. When I hit reply, the address changes to userIbellouth.net

    Any Ideas?

    Cheers!

And if it is not there, rectify it with the “@” sign.

        Stupid Plaxo

I can only assume this too was caused by Plaxo.
A number of “corrupt” contacts that ActiveSync bombed on, appeared good in Outlook 2007. When I looked at the same contacts in Outlook 2003, I noticed the Anniversary had a bunch of jibberish in the field. I deleted the Anniversary and everything seems to work.
