I keep getting logged out

Why is this happening? I log in to the sites and click on ‘remember me,’ but I am still getting logged out automatically.

Are you using a desktop computer, laptop, cell phone or a tablet? What device (make/model)? What version of OS are using? Any other issues besides getting logged out? Likely you have an internet setting or an application/program in your device causing the issue of it not “remembering you”.

Try another browser. And don’t delete cookies.

On a company PC, moreover, it’s an issue for the IT department. What did the helpdesk say when you submitted your issue?
