I involved the IT assessment project with evaluate 2 application : one is Student Management Soft and one is HR Soft . Both are in-house development but do not have any documents on user requirement yet . My job are investigate to understand their functionality and evaluate software quality and user satisfaction . Anyone here can recommend or send me resources to complete this job. I am very urgent need on:
– Standard Functionalities of HR and Student Management Software
– Questionnaire, survey template to evaluate sch kind of them
