i need to play a video on multiple locations tvs

we have TVs (not smart) in multiple locations. when playing a video I have to play one by one each and every location. is there any solutions for setup a media server or something to connect these TVs .every tv is connected to mini pcs

Well, a TV connected to a mini-PC is equivalent to a smart-TV. Does that help?
