https://www.google.com/search?q=update+windows+10+fails might help. Or not. You don’t provide any information that might point to a cause, so it’s impossible to say more than that.

If nothing helps you’ll have to do an in-place upgrade as told in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/deployment/repair-or-in-place-upgrade.

When I’m trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 it shows that your device is not supported for 11. but I saw many videos to upgrade to 11

Upgrading is not the same as updating, so your first post wasn’t clear.
Now do what those videos say to install Windows 11 on incompatible PC’s.
