I WANT A SUPERBROWSER PC MAINFRAME

PC that just has a secure browser and nothing else, no OS as such. Connects to a mainframe and you use the browser to interact.

Then I want ASP type Office Productivity Applications so I can deliver my custom OS over the web to my Secure Browser.

Any Suggestions?
