I would like to increase user limits on Windows PX

By chaandm ·
I would like to increase the number of users that can access the shared folder in WindowsXP/Windows2000. Currently the maximum number of users is 10.

Its not possible, if you need more concurrent shared access then put the shared folder on a Windows Server or you can set up a Linux server and put the file share on that using SMB based file sharing.

MS does that to keep you from using XP as a full-blown server. You'll have to upgrade to Windows Server 08 or switch to another OS such as Linux, Unix, etc.
