Start with the computer that connects to the Internet and has a Network Card
Go to Start/Settings/Network and Dial-up Settings.
right click Local Area Connection (Win2k should create this connection automatically when it sees your Network card) Click Properties/TCPIP protocol/Properties and set the IP address to 198.168.0.1 submask 255.255.255.0
Click OK/this makes this PC the gateway to the Internet. Other PCs need to have gateway IP set to 198.168.0.1.
Go to Start/Settings/Network and Dial-up Settings again and right click your connection to your ISP
Click Properties/Sharing Tab/check Enable Internet Connection Sharing for this Connection and Enable on Demand Dialing.
