Just to let anyone know who uses HP scanners, specifically Scanjet 3670, IE 7 causes problems with the HP Director portion of the software. To save everyone time and trouble (it took me 2 days to get this resolved), go to the following site, and save the file that opens to your desktop. This will replace the HP director that IE 7 ‘kicked out’.
