IE not displaying www page

Computer gates connected to the ISP.
IE does not dislay www page.
Updated XP with SR1
Updated IE with SR1
Connected to ISP.
IE displayed www page.
Disconnected
RE connected
IE did not display www page.

Any solutions. Thank you.

Try

Try going in to internet options from with in the control panel and under temp internet files click on the delete files tab, then tick delete off-line content. Hope this works

Sounds Like DNS problem

Try opening a command prompt ...
Ping cisco.com
If reply...then DNS is working properly
If no reply then try pinging external Ip address.
If that replys, then you have a DNS issue.
Make sure that DNS servers listed in your internet connection are the correct numbers
