IE Question Similar to Cjordan’s

I’ve got a problem NT4 Server. When rebooted, the dialog box comes up for re-installation of IE 5.5 or start a clean setup. I’ve tried both of these options only to have a message come up about half way through the install to tell me that not all the components were installed. I can launch IE no problem, but if I go to a web site to download, I either get the gray screen with the little red X in a box in the corner or when I click on download or go, nothing happens. I cannot get IE uninstalled.I try repairing and get the message that IE couldn’t be repaired, run setup again to reinstall all components, and the vicious circle starts again.
