We can’t open SNP files in IE7, although we can via Windows Explorer.
When we try, we’re asked if we want to Open, Save or Cancel.
If we respond with Open, then a window pops up titled “File Download” and asks “Do you want to save this file?”
At the bottom is a warning that says “The file you are downloading cannot be opened by the default program. It is eitehr corrupted or it has an incorrect file type. As a security precaution it is recommended that you cancel the download.”
