iexplore.exe – Application Error

Hi,

On closin IE using XP and IE V6 I sometimes get the following error:

iexplore.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x629133b1” referenced memory at “0x629133b1”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

Any idea what is causing this and how it can be fixed please?
