IFSMGRVXD driver

Dear Sirs,I have a Windows Me Intel,Microsoft Corporation P.C. in which I have some how or the other lost my IFSMGRVXD and my Intel graphics Technology Driver VMM(01)+00013C17 What can I do to re-download these items into my P.C.? I need free software as I cannot afford to buy these items as I live on a very limited income of disability. Can you assist me in this endeavor,please? Thank You,Mike D.
