iHEAT Helpdesk/Call-logging software on VMWare

Greetings!

Environment:
iHEAT version 9, hosted on VMWare Vcenter 4.0.

Issue:
System frequently freezes, and has to be hard reset to restore service.
———–
No entries in event logs, except System Event Log has the following entry before the freeze;-
The system detected that network adapter Loopback Pseudo-Interface 1 was connected to the network, and has initiated normal operation.
———–

Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?
Perhaps someone could point me in the right direction to resolvce this critical service issue?
