IIS 4, WWW/FTP Services Keeps stopping

We were recently infected by the W32/Nimda virus on a couple of our Intranet servers, IIS4/5. After cleaning the virus, we applied the recommended security service patch for IIS4/5. Coincidently, that is when the WWW/FTP services would stop running. The IIS Admin Service stays running, and I am able to restart the WWW/FTP services without incedent, but they only run for a short time. Thanks in advance for your time.
