In my search to find a way to achieve an IIS migration…i came across a utility called IIS Export…it was created by a company called Adsonline…anyone heard of it?
Anyway, I have all the page (html,asp,gif,jpeg,etc) files copied over from the old webserver, but where do i go from there? I’ve heard that the metabase.bin file is machine specific, but is there any sort of workaround? I’m just learning about the whole webserver concept (this project was thrown on me by my boss…gotta love it) so i hope i don’t sound like totally retarded, but i need to learn such things at the same time…so once again…all help is greatly appreciated…thanks
