IIS Service Problem

I have a mail server running on Windows 2000 Professional and it comes with a mail access service using the web.

I also uploaded an HTML redirection file to our webhosting provider so that users can check their mail anywhere thay want. At first it was going well. The problem is that, after a period of time, the web page cannot be displayed anymore. What I usually do is I restart the PC everytime the problem comes up.

Is the problem connected to the IIS service? What can I do to solvethis problem. I really need a good solution for this ASAP! Thanks a million!
