I have windows 2000 workstation. I have noticed difficulty working with certain programs (Illustrator, media creater). When i have a data file open, the screen seems to keep refreshing so it becomes very difficult to work with a file (screen jumps, hour glass, difficult to select tools and menu items). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling programs to no avail. This only happens to the programs listed above so not sure what is causing it. what gives and how can i fix it???!!!
