Image process enquiry

As i am in the midst of a planning a new deployment of XP workstations in a small firm. i plan on ghosting a Generic image with limited software (have volume license for XP)and using Ghost multicast to image all clients..as there are only a limited no of users in the firm an aotomated answer file is probably not needed..will manualy join domain and configure personal setting..printers etc..could anybody see any risks with this procedure?
