Image Viewer with custom timer – Windows 10

Does anyone know of a robust image viewer for windows 10 with a custom timer that changes to a random image from a desired folder location ?

I’m an artist, learning gesture drawing. I’m looking for an image viewer to randomly display images at a set interval for windows 10

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Looks like something that is not too difficult to program yourself, if you can’t find a program that does it. An html-file that shows a picture, and a little bit of javascript to switch to a different random picture from a folder after some time.
