OK hi guys if this is the wrong place to ask then please forgive me and point me where to go.
firstly what the problem is a Brother DCP-150C multifunction printer/scanner,A JVC GR-D50 digital video camera, and a Logitech webcam.all three imaging devices report an error in device manager.the Printer?scanner and web cam are connected via USB and the JVC camera is Via iEEE
all devices are reporting an error in device manager/image devices…the printer function works fine just the scanning one fails.
all devices have previously worked fine and all have uptodate drivers.they stopped after a Trojan caused some problems with windows a repair fixed all except the imaging devices.the error reported is code 41.
any help would be really appreciated
