Import Crystal Reports to Word or Excel

I would like to setup Crystal Enterprise 10 so that when a report has run we can import it to Word 2003 as a word document. When we do this now it imports it as a csp.(image format) not a doc. So there fore we cannot enter specifications/dimentions about the order on the document correctly. The text imports to word but it is in boxes. How can this be done so that the report is imported as the destination format and not the source format? Do we need a service pack for Crystal?
