Importing Contacts into Outlook

Hi,

I have hundreds of contacts to import and would like them to import with the “File As” attribute being by Company, instead of the default Last, First.

I have already tried customizing the view in Outlook, sorting by Company, however this does not change the “File As” attribute. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
