An Industry Giant has managed to NOT get a network timed out error in a browser, on a feedback about their website submission page.
for 20 minutes now Microsoft’s feedback form has been trying to load the “sent” page.

Contact Us link should give CONTACT INFORMATION, not some bullshit support quiz.
How can anyone send a comment to Microsoft when you DENY the possibility of contacting you?
that is a complete FAILURE in best practices.
