An Industry Giant has managed to NOT get a network timed out error in a browser, on a feedback about their website submission page.

for 20 minutes now Microsoft's feedback form has been trying to load the "sent" page.

edit to add:

here, I just copied the comment I was trying to send Microsoft from the feedback form:

Contact Us link should give CONTACT INFORMATION, not some ******** support quiz.
How can anyone send a comment to Microsoft when you DENY the possibility of contacting you?

that is a complete FAILURE in best practices.
