I am currently employed as a Database Administrator and Records Unit Coordinator (read: head file clerk!). I have an 11 year old A.S. in programming, but I haven’t used it to any great degree since then. I love programming and want to get back into it as a career. How does one begin the process? Does this require returning to school? Please advise.
