In Whatsapp, can we rename shared folders in chat thus in source as well?

I work as a foriegn purcahser in a company where I use Whatsapp for communication with suppliers from all over the world.

I daily send huge amounts of pdf files to customers and colleauges. I also need to scan some papers -that are directly converted to pdf files on my pc- then send them to my manager. I keep needing to ask him about the naming for every pdf file before I send it to him, as changing the name in PC is easier. Then I connect to Whatsapp web and send them to him. But if I already sent it in Whatsapp as a file called ‘scan567’ for example, he will need to go to (My files->media->documents->…search for it…rename->send again). Or I rename it then send it again on Whatsapp.

Is there any way that I can share a file, such as a pdf, with another user and whenever I just rename it in chat, it gets renamed both in (my files) and consequently also in chat?

Or at least do you know of any other messaging or chat apps that provide such a feature?

And from a technical point of view, is it hard to implement or not? As I assume the least thing needed is that it may mean replacement or deletion of the file received first, and it also may mean that it requires the reciever to manually download each file since it is bound to change.

No, you can not rename that folder. You can name files you share as you wish.
