I have a contract to open a 200 seat call center in pakistan from one of the us firms. I want to discuss the details pros and cons of this contract.

You want to discuss the pro's and con's of what - you are already contracted to open a 200 seat call center.

What good is discussing the facts after the horse has escaped.

The - Pro - Good technical knowledge for low wages.

The - Con - Poor communication skills and pissing off your American customers who will go elsewhere.

I hope that whatever you are planning you won't be sorry later on for you took several jobs for the folks here in the US.
Let me know what company you are in and the organization for that call center.

Reason ??? I will start to boycott that product for I don't want a hard time, if I need a tech support.

What led you to the decision to base your call center in Pakistan? You had to know all of the reasons that WE think it's a bad idea, right? You realize that your customers will cringe everytime they have to call there, don't you? What benefits outweighed all of the negatives? Is it purely financial?
