incoming mail

i need to configuer exchange to download email from two address 1.)mymail@doman1.com and
2.) myemail@domain2.net.
1.)is an individual account
2.)is a shared account so many recipient can access it.
how do i configure outlook 2000 to get these mails to exchange.
