Incredimail program will not start/open

Incredimail on Window98 was working fine. Now, for no known reason i cannot get it to open. It will flash a mail icon on taskbar quickly but not open. Have no viruses. See a comment on another website about downloading MS VB components which i did, but doesnt help. Any suggestions to get it to work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. No help on Incredimail website
