Infinix Note 11 Stuck in Bootloop – Need Help Saving Data!

    by asimsher10 ·

    Hi everyone,

I’m a complete amateur when it comes to tech, and I really need some help. This is my last hope.

I have an Infinix Note 11 that is stuck in a bootloop (I think that’s what it’s called). When I turn it on, it shows the Infinix logo, then the XOS logo, but it gets stuck there. I’ve waited for hours, but nothing happens.

I looked online, and most solutions suggest a factory reset—but I really don’t want to lose my data. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Recovery Mode: I entered recovery mode and tried rebooting from there, but it didn’t work.

DroidKit Application: I tried using DroidKit, but my phone won’t connect while it’s turned off. It does detect the phone when fully powered off, but then asks me to enable USB debugging—which I can’t access.

Updating via SD Card: I tried installing an update through the “Update from SD Card” option in recovery mode. I downloaded a firmware file for Infinix Note 11 X663, but I stopped when I saw a warning that it might delete my data.

I asked ChatGPT, and it advised me not to install a “Full Firmware” but instead an OTA update—but I have no idea what that means.

I just want to recover my data, and after that, I swear I’m throwing this phone into the ocean and getting a Samsung. Any and all help would be massively appreciated!

Sorry, but I only have a tip for the future. That is, backup your data. To the cloud or to your laptop/PC. As we usually say: you only lose what you didn’t backup.

I didn’t need to use ChatGPT to find out what an OTA update is. Google Search sufficed. I don’t think you can use that on a phone that’s not turned on and active.

If no luck, see if a data recovery company can help you. It won’t be free, but your data might be worth more then the costs. Or less, and then they’re gone forever.

Try ‘Wipe Cache Partition’ in recovery mode—it won’t erase data. If that fails, ADB backup might help

If your Infinix Note 11 is stuck in a bootloop and you need to save your data, try these steps:

Force Restart – Press and hold the Power + Volume Down button until the device restarts.

Boot into Safe Mode – If possible, boot into Safe Mode by holding the Volume Down button after the logo appears. This helps if a third-party app is causing the issue.

Recovery Mode & ADB – Boot into Recovery Mode (Power + Volume Up) and try “Repair System” or use ADB (Android Debug Bridge) on a PC to extract data.

Professional Assistance – If nothing works, visit a service center to attempt data recovery without a factory reset.
