Hi, I would like to know if it's legal or fair to show to a consultant a quotation from an another one.

The legality is based on whether confidentiality has been either discussed, implied, written down, or otherwise agree do. Note that this does not have to be in writing - if you agree verbally, that's enough.

As for fair, I would say that it would be more fair if you then show the first consultant any quotations that you get from the second one.

But, be careful if you are doing a formal bid here. For example, if this is a formal RFQ or RFP. There is a fair process that must be followed,and if you don't then a bidder can actually sue you for lost profit if it turns out you are being "unfair".
