The notebook is about 4 yrs old and not under warranty, The orginal battery stopped working along time ago. I purchased a new battery from Dell specificly for this notebook, The new battery came with 32% charge, but I can not make it fully charge. It has been left on ac power for three days, and still not charging. I had two lights on the battery when I received it, but as I used the battery (which does work) I have now dropped to 19% and only one light. Anyone have any suggestions?
