Instagram issue while watching stories

i saw that every time I watch a video in the Instagram stories, in the upper right corner there is the “loading” circle that quickly appears and disappears, continuously. Do you see it? If not what can I do to solve it?

Sounds like a typical “buffering” issue. Maybe a faster or more reliable internet connection would prevent that type of issue.

Check your internet connection. Stories require a strong and stable internet connection.
Close the app and relaunch it.
Check if Instagram is down.
Update the Instagram app.
Clear your cache.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Contact Instagram.
