Install ISA2000 Server

Hi,
I need to install ISA2000 Server internally for testing. I have a Windows 2000 Server (sp3) with two lan cards – Lan1 (192.168.101.101/24 & Gway 192.168.101.1) and Lan2 (172.16.100.1/32). The clients are on 172 lan card side & cant access/ping 192 lan.
I have done ISA-SP1 & set up Schema (initalliy) on it. It did not give out any errors. Also have give full protocol access to source/destn.

Any one has ideas ?
