After installing Windows 11 on an older computer can a fresh installation be done if that becomes necessary for some reason or will Microsoft block it?

Maybe. Maybe not. The future policy of Microsoft can’t be predicted. But I only expect a possible problem if the hardware doesn’t meet the requirements for Windows 11. Some older computer don’t meet them. Others do. How about yours?

The above question assumes that Windows 11 has been installed by an update from Windows 10.

If it was installed in a regular Microsoft supported way (like Windows Update) or after downloading the installation file yourself en installing it without tricks, I don’t expect any issues if you install it again.
