Installation of Windows NT Server 4.0

I have a problem in installing the Windows NT 4.0 Server for a multiboot configuration with my Windows NT 4.0 Workstation. Previously I have successfully installed and re-installed the Windows NT 4.0 Server which I used for my training on these operating systems. In addition, I was also able to install the Windows 2000 Professional RC2 and the Windows 2000 Advanced Server RC2.

The hard drive partitions were as follows:
C: Windows NT 4.0 Workstation
D: Windows NT 4.0 Server
E: Windows 2000Professional RC2
F: Windows 2000 Advanced Server RC2

All the four operating systems were operational. But when the Windows NT 4.0 Server is about to expire (this is a 120 day evaluation copy), I made a mistake of re-installing the Windows NT 4.0Server from the disk using (booting up with) the NT 4.0 Server in the D drive .( Previously, what I did was to boot on the NT 4.0 Workstation and deleted the contents of the D drive and the pagefile.sys and then install the NT Server 4.0 on the D drive. This is the same procedure which I did when I installed the Windows 2000 Professional RC2 on the E drive and the Windows 2000 Advanced Server RC2 of the F drive.)

The Windows 2000 OS were also deleted with only the Windows NT 4.0 Workstation OS.

The boot.ini file is shown below:
[Boot loader]

Timeout = 5
Default = C: \$WIN_NT$.~BT\BOOTSECT.DAT
[Operating Systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1) \WINNT=?Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00?
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1) \WINNT=?Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00 [VGA model]? /basevideo /sos

C: \$WIN_NT$.~BT\BOOTSECT.DAT=?Windows NT 4.00 Server Installation /Upgrade?

There could be other files that were affected and I don?t know how to make the necessary correction. I would appreciate any help or comments in solving this problem so I could reinstall the Windows NT Server 4.0.
