Can anyone please tell me any way to install garageband on a windows pc ?

I was facing the same issue, tried many methods given on google but they didn't seem to work. I use Garageband for my Youtube Music. I found this method through VMware here on: http://garagebandforpc.org/
It worked and now I use garageband on my Dell Inspiron too.

Hello Guys, Is Garageband Application is Apple's product, I know its an IOS Support Application but I want clear that. Like everyone knows that facetime is Apple's. https://facetimeonandroid.com/facetime-for-pc/ But how we can use it on PC? I mean it is possible or not?

It is very complicated, you can use any Android app easily on PC, windows. Installing Garageband

Download and install VirtualBox onto your computer. Download a copy of MacOS Sierra onto your computer. Open VirtualBox and select New to create the VM. Give it a meaningful name.
