The problem is that we have three exchange servers, one of the exchange servers installed GroupShield fine and the other two will not install. The difference is the one that installed is a member server and exchange 5.5 was installed on it. The other two are BDCs and also they have been upgraded from exchange 4 to exchange 5.5. There are no error messages or events I just go though the install process and when it comes time to install the files and the services to the hard drive it just disappears. I have checked all the permissions and loaded all the service packs. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,
