Intel vPro AMT Configruation

We are getting ready to deploy over 200 new Dell OptiPlex 755 desktops with vPro. Am having touble getting the AMT enabled system to be seen from another computer using the WebGUI. Until we can get this fuction working we will have to do the deployment by hand. Need more information than what is found from Dell and Intel on how to get this to work.

I've come across the same problem. I've verified the correct factory configuration - the label inside the cover of the 755 indicates configuration type 1, "AMT_DASH_VPRO - DEFAULT".
I've also noticed that the although the Altiris Console/Dell Client Manager lists the machines under "All Supported Dell Client Computers" and allows installation of the Dell Client Manager Agent, the machines are not listed under "All Intel AMT Capable Computers". Is something else needed to fully enable AMT?
(Iv'e also noticed that despite enabling the Remote Wake Up (Wake on LAN) feature under Power Management in the BIOS settings, I've not been able to get this feature to work either.)

I found it was necessary to go into AMT BIOS extension configuration via CTRL+P (default password "admin") upon restart and set AMT to small-business mode instead of enterprise mode (which requires a special PKI certificate).

Does this make use of Zero touch capabilities

If I read the documentation right, for use of Zero touch installation, the system needs to be in the enterprise mode. Some of the documentation states that you need have a hash certificate installed in your server in order to make this work. Not sure if this is the correct answer for enterprise or not.
