Intergrate Picture Viewer on Website

Is there any FREE software out there that will allow me to force people to use an intergrate picture view when viewing pictures from my site? I want to make it that when they go to a page of pictures, any picture they click will use an intergrated picture view that will ALSO allow them to move forward and back by clicking arrows or something, so they can view it like an album style.
