Internal Error 2721.Setup

Hi everyone, I have been helping somebody to install a CDRW-DVD Combo drive. At present time the Dvd is working fine, but the CDRW is not, because when I try to install the burning Software, in this case Nero 5, I receive the following error message: “Internal error 2721.Setup”, and the installation process is not finished, by the way my friend is using Windows ME. I have tried everything. Maybe someone knows the way around this.
