I have a laptop that I use at work and home. When Im at work I have no problem accessing the Internet I connect through a proxy server. But Im having trouble connecting to the internet at home or when ever there is no network connection present I could dial a connection but then I just hang. I went into Internet options and selected dial when ever a network connection is not present. I need help
