Internet Explorer

When I open internet explorer the top bar (ie: Page Name -top left with minimise, maximise & close buttons – top right) appear but the actual page doesn’t appear. I then need to right click on the taskbar and maximise for the page to fill out and appear within the window. I am using IE 6.0 with Windows XP.

I need to have the page appear everytime without having to maximise.
